I especially have a passion for working with men, as society often looks over mens mental health. As a former military spouse, it is important for me to create a space where people can feel their feelings, feel safe, and feel heard.
I have experience supporting clients navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and burnout. As a therapist (and a human) I believe healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. I use parts work (the voices in your head) and your past to connect with who you are now.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you understand yourself with more compassion, build practical coping tools, and create space to breathe again.
