Welcome — I’m Shelby. I provide trauma-informed, somatic therapy in Chanhassen for adults, teens, and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in old patterns that won’t budge. My work focuses on how the body carries our stories and how tuning into those signals can open the door to healing.

Somatic therapy can make a difference. I use a Polyvagal lens, emotional regulation strategies, attachment work, somatic expression, and parts work to help you understand your nervous system and reconnect with your inner steadiness.
My approach is direct, grounded, and collaborative. I believe you’re the expert of your own experience, and my job is to help you access the parts of yourself that are ready to be seen, validated, and healed.
