In couple's therapy, we create space for all voices, practicing empathy and presence to foster co-healing with intention, care, and mutual understanding.
I work with individuals, children, couples, and those in non-traditional relationship structures, approaching wellness from a liberation-oriented perspective. I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent clients, and my practice is gender-affirming and sex-positive.
Clinically, I draw from a relational gestalt framework, integrating elements of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic approaches, and play therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
