They often feel stuck and are seeking ways to make lasting change in their lives in order to make more room for joy and connection. I want to work together to help you feel confident in your abilities to overcome life's obstacles and break out of stuck patterns.
I see both individuals and couples in my practice. I offer goal directed treatment using Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals (EFCT/EFIT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for clients with OCD.

Groups
OCD Skills Group - Fall 2026
Birchwood Counseling is offering a 9-week virtual OCD Skills Group starting around October 19, 2026, designed for individuals experiencing obsessions and compulsions who are impacted by OCD. Meetings will take place online via Google Meet on Mondays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Sessions are covered by OHP (Trillium and CareOregon), while out-of-network rates are $81 per session, with limited sliding scale options available.
