Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous and meaningful choice, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I offer a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+, first responders, children and caregivers, and those navigating relationship challenges. I enjoy being able to work with individuals of all ages, starting at 6 months old and into adulthood. Clients may seek out services with me to understand their past experiences and how they are affecting them presently, increase positive interactions with their children, or want to process challenging dynamics and create healthier relationships in their life.
I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Attachment & Bio-behavioral Catchup (ABC) to help process emotions and experiences, and promote emotional regulation. Together, we’ll explore your unique challenges and create an environment where you feel heard.
