I work with a range of clients with varying intersecting identities. I like to provide a safe space and a safe and trusting relationship with my clients in order to harbor their growth. I want my clients to feel seen, understood, and heard, all of which are vital to understanding the self and healing. There is so much we need to process and I want to be there help.
I provide a great deal of interpersonal work. I think the therapeutic relationship is the most healing part of therapy. I specialize in adolescents and adults with histories of various forms of trauma and abuse. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am a trained Grief informed Professional and trained in Dissociation-focused trauma treatment.
Animals can be very helpful in the therapeutic process, and with my training as an Animal Assisted Therapist, if you're interested in AAT and have your own animal, we are able to incorporate them into your therapy!
