I work with a range of clients with varying intersecting identities. I like to provide a safe space and a safe and trusting relationship with my clients in order to harbor their growth. I want my clients to feel seen, understood, and heard, all of which are vital to understanding the self and healing. There is so much we need to process and I want to be there help.
I provide a great deal of interpersonal work. I think the therapeutic relationship is the most healing part of therapy. I specialize in adolescents with histories of various forms of trauma and abuse. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am a trained Grief informed Professional.
Animals can be very helpful in the therapeutic process, and with my training as an Animal Assisted Therapist, if you're interested in AAT, I will be continuing this with my kitten, Thea, and would love to include your animals as well. Please reach out to me for a free, 15 minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you and your needs.
