You're looking for a therapist! This is an exciting (and maybe slightly daunting) step in your growth and healing. By exploring this option for yourself, you’re moving closer towards taking your power back and prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being, and that’s huge! My role is to support you through this process of both unlearning the old patterns of thought and behavior that haven’t felt helpful to you, and learning new ways of navigating the world that allow you to feel connected and aligned.
I approach therapy with a collaborative, socio-cultural, trauma-informed perspective. I love incorporating the science of your nervous system into treatment and supporting the development of self-compassion, boundaries, communication skills, self-awareness, and the identification of values for the life you want to live.
My style of treatment is very personable, because I think it’s important for you to get to be human with someone who’s being human with you. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, we’ll grow! Reach out to Alexander Counseling Center for a phone consultation. Currently working with clients 16+
