I work with adults and adolescents, and at this time, I offer in-person services in Thibodaux as well as telehealth services throughout the state of Louisiana. I approach therapy from a trauma-informed and whole-person lens and will work with you to find the best route to healing.
I enjoy incorporating your personal values into therapy, allowing you to use your own strengths and insight to grow. My special interests include Trauma, Veterans/Military/First Responders, and Perinatal Mental Health. I attend trainings as often as possible to equip myself with tools to meet your therapy needs.
