I have years of experience assisting clients 18 years and older ease their suffering from anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, familial conflict, strained interpersonal relationships, arduous romantic relationships, and anything the chaos of life may throw their way.
Although I tend to utilize dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapeutic interventions, I am always researching new modalities and techniques that may suit my client’s individual needs.
