Welcome to SerenityNow Counseling Services, and thank you for your interest! We are a small private practice in Wyomissing, PA offering virtual and in-person sessions. We take most commercial insurances and if you do not see your insurance listed please still inquire. We believe therapy is a collaborative process and look forward to truly getting to know you. With over 10 years in the clinical world our therapist, Shelby Egan, can offer a non-judgmental, thorough, and multifaceted approach.
We treat a large scope of challenges including trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, family issues, and OCD. We offer treatment in the form of evidence based therapist including EMDR, CPT for PTSD, DBT, CBT, EXRP for OCD, and IFS. That's a lot of abbreviations, so please don't hesitate to ask us what they are!
