My hope is that therapy with me can be a safe space to land and engage in your story, together - moving towards deeper understanding, new perspective, real healing, and a felt sense of freedom. We were never meant to do life alone and I very much look forward to coming alongside of you.

I believe that effective therapy encompasses a holistic and integrated approach. As your therapist, I will work to incorporate both the body and the mind to guide you towards healing and growth that is sustainable and long lasting. You can expect to experience a highly relational, safe, creative, and supportive environment to meet your specific needs.

I specialize in working with adult women struggling with past trauma(s), relational conflict, questions about identity, self-esteem, and anxiety. I strive to work with a variety of women not limited to age, race, culture, religion, or orientation. I offer in person and telehealth therapy, as well as EMDR sessions.
