I have extensive experience working with people of all ages to better manage anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, grief, chronic illness and cancer. I'm also specialized in helping families and children navigate stressful life events. I’m passionate about helping support women as well as healthcare and education professionals dealing with burnout.
I find value and meaning in building connections with my clients. I know it can be scary to be vulnerable and start therapy, but I am here to help you in a non-judgmental, calming way.
