Life is filled with peaks and valleys and sometimes we can lose sight of ourselves in the midst of change. Wouldn’t it be nice to have some space and time set aside just for you, to breathe and reconnect with yourself? In these moments of pause it is possible to find balance and alignment between your mind, body and soul and begin to show love and acceptance for all the different versions of yourself. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can build confidence in yourself and feel safe and supported in order to heal and grow.
I enjoy working with people to help them learn about and manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or difficulty adjusting to life changes. I believe in the healing power of self-care and use this in my practice. I have experience working with survivors of abuse, adolescents with emotional disabilities and adults in mental health treatment.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and seek support at any stage of life. Together we will sort out what's most important to you and address these things in our future sessions. You are worth taking time out of your daily life to feel better. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
