I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Peristeam Facilitator, and Reiki Practitioner. I have been working in the mental health field for over 22 years and have a holistic perspective.
My training and experience with mental health began in the US Navy as a Psychiatric Technician. I am trained to work with teens and adults suffering with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and a variety of other mental health concerns.
I am specifically trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching, and Mindfulness.

This is a free/donation based event for women only. All proceeds will go to The Center for Women and Families. The intention for this monthly circle is to cultivate sacred sisterhood, authentic connection, and share support so we can thrive together.
