I work with older teens (17+) and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, fear, grief, mild trauma, identity, relationship issues, managing emotions, life transitions, burnout, stress and attachment.

I bring a gentle, warm and non-judgmental presence to the room allowing for people to find and practice using their voice. Working together to build self-esteem, challenge unhelpful habits and create ways to empower self are just some of the goals we can work on together. Welcome!"
