Hey there, I'm Shelby. I know the decision to start therapy isn't always the easy one but I hope to provide a space for you to grow. In my practice, I focus on helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, burn out, relationship dynamic issues, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I focus on providing an environment that feels collaborative, welcoming, and supportive while I help individuals learn and grow.
Over the past 8 years, I have provided services within the hospital setting, the home, outpatient clinics, and the residential setting. My hope is that I will be able to provide you with a supportive environment that meets you where you are. In my practice, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and therapeutic yoga skills.
My goal is to work in collaboration with you on identifying current stressors and goals. I like to look at one's environment to see what stressors could be impacting their ability to be present in daily life. I enjoy utilizing mindfulness and self-love within my sessions to help empower and encourage growth.
