I'll walk alongside you on this journey to help you identify your strengths and coping strategies to help you move forward. We'll also detangle the threads of your past and help you make sense of the story of your life. We'll talk about your childhood trauma as well as what's going on in the present - and how these things interact.
I am a LCMHC, and I specialize in Trauma, self-esteem, and highly sensitive people. II have experience working with adults from various backgrounds and in various stages of life. Like most therapists, I utilize a wide variety of clinical modalities (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, logotherapy, person-centered therapy).
