I’m currently accepting new clients and especially enjoy working with children and adolescents (ages 4–18). I support kids and teens who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, bullying, trauma, and autism.
My style is warm, supportive, and tailored to each child’s needs. I often use play-based techniques and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
As a temporary licensed mental health counselor (t-LMHC), I’m passionate about supporting clients on their mental health journey. I strive to show up with compassion, authenticity, and care in every session. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow.
