About
Navigating life’s precious or difficult moments can be challenging for anyone, and seeking help is an important step for you to achieve fulfillment. Working with a wide range of clients, from children to adults, I lead with empathy to help my clients balance their emotions and understand what may be preventing them from realizing their full potential.
I can guide you to set boundaries, manage overwhelming stress, low self-esteem or anxiety that may result from life’s transitions, work issues or even childhood trauma. Working together to understand your trauma and triggers, you will develop the skills required for you to regulate your emotional state in response to stress and difficulties in your life.
The outcome is the ability to be in charge of ourselves with confidence, emotional intelligence, and deep satisfaction. I encourage you to contact me by phone or email, even if a part of you feels scared or hesitant to take the first step. We can set up a complimentary phone consultation to see if we're a good match to do this very important work together.
