Struggling with grief after the loss of a loved one? Do you have dating dilemmas or relationship problems? Anxiety got you stuck in neutral? You've come to the right place. I help people in three main areas: grief and loss; dating and relationships; and anxiety. I'm passionate about working with young adults (20s and 30s) and the particular challenges of that age group. My goal is to arm you with enough tools and strategies so that you can essentially become your own therapist.

I previously worked at the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in Washington, D.C., one of the premier clinics in the country for grief and loss, where I provided individual therapy and group therapy.

I'm not currently accepting new clients, but I will starting in November. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we're a good fit. I offer daytime and evening appointments. Our administrative assistant is available Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm to answer any scheduling or insurance-related questions you may have.
