About
Hello - How can I help you? Growing up can be difficult in all stages of life. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment to encourage healing, growth, and a greater understanding of one's self. I enjoy working with youth and their families in navigating the nuances of life and in discovering their potential. I utilize CBT along with expressive techniques such as play therapy, art therapy, music, and writing for those times when talking is not the easiest.
Quince Orchard Psychotherapy (QOP) offers quality yet affordable counseling, testing, and medication services to individuals and families. We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, multilingual, accessible, and professional research-informed treatments. Seeking help for a personal problem is difficult, so congratulations in taking this step!
If you or a loved one is struggling, you deserve to feel better. There is hope! We are Mental Health professionals with a wealth of experience helping people to live happier, more fulfilling lives. We aim to create a safe space where healing can begin.
