I specialize in working with Autistic, OCD & ADHD adults navigating masking, burnout, trauma, and identity. Many of my clients have spent years feeling misunderstood high-functioning on the outside while overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected internally. My approach is trauma-informed and neuroaffirming. Together, we focus on understanding your brain, processing past experiences, and building a life that feels more authentic, sustainable, and aligned. I’m especially passionate about supporting high-masking individuals who are ready to feel more like themselves.
Neuroaffiming means, your sensory needs aren't dismissed, your communication style is respected, and your stims, fidgets, or need for movement aren't treated as problems to eliminate. We adapt the environment not the person. Therapy may include support with unmasking, executive functioning, emotional regulation, burnout recovery, or neurofriendly ERP.
As an AuDHD therapist, I get how exhausting it is to navigate a world and a healthcare system not built for us. You don't have to explain yourself or perform here. Whether you're dealing with burnout, late diagnosis, or OCD, we’ll work together at your pace. Reach out when you're ready no rigid expectations, just genuine support
