Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
You might be a woman trying to hold it all together, an overwhelmed teen, or a parent looking for support. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am passionate working with teen girls and women who feel constant pressure to “be enough,” often at the cost of their own well-being. In our work together, my goal is to create a compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.
I help clients navigate through challenges utilizing evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), mindfulness, and a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective. Helping to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and a compassionate self-relationship.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your power. Whether you’re navigating the pressure to “be enough,” healing from past trauma, or working emotional challenges, I’ll support you in finding your inner strength. Reach out today, and let’s start your journey toward transformation.
