Together, we'll help you rediscover your strength, cultivate lasting confidence, and create a life rooted in clarity, purpose, wholeness, and your authentic self.

Therapy sessions will begin with us building a relationship that will allow you to feel comfortable to share your concerns and challenges. Together we will create a plan to work on your goals. Trauma-informed care is at the center of all of my work. Sessions will also use techniques like CBT, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Attachment Therapy.
