Reclaiming Self Trust-I-CBT for OCD Skills Lab
This 6-week group is designed for individuals wanting to develop skills and confidence in managing their OCD. Sessions will include education about OCD, guided discussion through the modules, opportunities to share personal experiences, and group practice of skills and exercises. Participants will also be encouraged to reflect on and experiment with concepts outside of the group to deepen learning and build confidence in everyday life. This group is intended to help participants: Identify obsessive doubt. Strengthen trust in themselves. Reduce compulsive reasoning. Practice responding differently to obsessive thoughts and fears. A 6-week commitment is requested.
