About
I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy because every person is unique with diverse needs. Whether I'm working with you to address trauma, relational conflict, life transitions, spirituality or everything in between, I approach therapy through a holistic process that encompasses my client’s whole self. I strive to create a safe space that encourages honesty and offers a rewarding experience. Clients should know that they are moving forward and experiencing positive change. I equip my clients with skills to empower them to problem solve, build confidence, and overcome their barriers.
I am highly passionate about empowering and supporting my clients personalized goals. I view therapy as a team effort and provide a safe, caring environment for healing and growth. I work with individuals & groups.
I understand this is a huge first step and finding the right therapist that sets you at ease and has experience working with your needs is most important. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so that you can start your journey with confidence. I look forward to connecting with you.
