Are you hurting in your relationships? Do you feel confused or misunderstood by your partner? Have you been feeling dissatisfied in one or more areas of your life? Are patterns or experiences from the past impacting you today? Relationships can have ups and downs, but when you are feeling like something is off, taking the step to talk to someone can help you get things back on track in your life. My goal is to help you sort through whatever challenges you or your relationship are facing.
Oftentimes, trauma from the past, familial patterns, and negative experiences can start playing out in your relationship. As a relationship specialist, with specific training in relational dynamics and trauma, I create an environment where there is room to speak safely and to feel judgment-free to explore your concerns.
I have specific training in couples and relationships issues (communication, intimacy, jealousy, affairs, conflict, codependency, love/sex addiction, etc.), anxiety and depression, and other concerns leading to dissatisfaction. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an effective treatment for trauma and other "stuck" experiences.
