Many of the people I work with arrive feeling out of sync with themselves. Their bodies feel restless or shut down. Their minds carry anxiety, low mood, or the weight of seasons that asked more than they could give. Some are recovering from trauma, single-incident or stretched across years. Some are women navigating the mental health impact of PCOS (recently renamed polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, or PMOS). Others are deep in burnout, the kind that builds when you have been holding too much for too long. What we do together is slow, curious, and steady. We listen to what your body has been trying to say.
In session, we work slowly. EMDR and somatic therapy anchor my practice, with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems woven in when they fit your goals. The pace honors what your nervous system can integrate. Whether the focus is trauma, burnout, or rebuilding trust with a body that has felt unpredictable, we begin where you are.
What I offer is care, curiosity, and a steady presence that does not flinch from what you bring. There is no part of your story that needs to be fixed or rushed.
