I offer Drama Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Therapy and attachment work with individuals, couples, children and families. I also offer Embodied Life Story Drama Therapy Workshops, Self-Revelatory Performance Workshops, and groups on Women, Food & Feelings. I am the co-creator of Healing Shame Workshops for therapists and have developed therapy techniques to work with the all-pervasive shame and trauma that underlie eating disorders, addictions and toxic family dynamics. I work somatically to explore sensations in the body such as panic attacks or anxiety and help clients understand the messages their body is giving them.

Many couples come to me after communication has broken down, sometimes so far that one has had an affair. What they fear may be the end of a relationship is actually a time to look at what hasn't been working and understand their attachment longings and heal old wounds.

I work with dreams, symbols, art and movement through Drama Therapy, Hakomi, and Jungian work to help people access their unconscious. Children like Drama Therapy -- play is their native language!
