I have over 17 years’ experience as a mental health provider, fourteen of those as a LCSW. I primarily work with adolescents and adults. My approach to therapy is eclectic, but I primarily use CBT and person-centered therapy models. I believe that people who seek therapy, do so because they are motivated to make change and to want to address issues that are preventing them from experiencing their best life.
