I provide trauma-informed care services specializing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I also provide motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
