I am interested in working with those with chronic pain problems, chronic health problems, dissociative disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, women's issues, and suicide prevention and those in the LGBT community. I enjoy helping people learn to cope with the ups and downs of life and I assist them as they discover a resolution to the difficulties they are experiencing.
I ascribe to an Existential/Humanistic theoretical approach to counseling. I use the theoretical approach that is needed at the time to help my clients acquire answers, coping skills, behavioral regulation, and peace in life.
