Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of toxic family dynamics. I’m the founder of Insight Counseling Center, a California-based telehealth practice. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning but exhausted — often the dependable ones in their families, workplaces, or communities — who’ve spent years holding it all together while neglecting their own emotional needs. My clients are deep thinkers who are done tolerating old wounds, unhealthy relationships, and outdated survival strategies.
I bring a direct, compassionate, no-BS approach to therapy. I’m trained in EMDR, CBT, and insight-oriented modalities, and I specialize in working with adult children of narcissists, survivors of emotional abuse, and those experiencing chronic anxiety or burnout. My clinical background includes work in hospitals, non-profits, college, and private practice.
