Life is challenging and I grateful to be able to work with families and individuals experiencing many of life's challenges. I individualize my approach with each client, child or family. I utilize a strengths based perspective to optimize the positive traits in all of my clients/family systems. I specialize in loss, anxiety, depression, fertility and women's issues ( PPD, perimenopause and menopause).
I am strengths based and love helping individuals get back to their best version of themselves. Some of the work that I have loved the most has been in hospice working with pediatric, adults and families. I also support those going through life transitions in careers, relationships, fertility, loss and female health concerns( perimenopause).
