For as long as I can remember, I have been a helping professional. I truly enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. I have extensive experience helping people through trauma, specifically the survival of abuse. I also specialize in all anxiety disorders and depression. I utilize all the "tools" I have to guide you through the therapy, and I welcome your knowledge into each session.
For many years,, I worked with emotionally disturbed adolescents. I faciliated many groups for sexual abuse survivors, as well as other adolescent issues. In addition to private practice, I have worked in school settings, hospitals, and residential treatment centers.
I bring my friendly nature and sense of humor to all my clients.
