I see adults, teens and children. With children, I include sand tray and play therapy. I specialize in anxiety disorders. Many of my clients are challenged by excessive worry, negative thinking, school avoidance and OCD traits. Many have experience abuse or trauma they may have never talked about before.
Marriage counseling is often requested after the relationship has faced a crisis. I work with couples to help them restore and strengthen their commitment to each other by learning effective communication skills such as listening with heart. Relationship work is most effective when it starts sooner rather than later.
