About
Being human means that both joy and pain, love and despair, connection and loneliness, vitality and apathy, all occur in the same inner space. When that space becomes overwhelmed with pain, shame, or fear, we can feel as though we’re running on fumes - burned-out, disconnected, feeling stuck or paralyzed. Thoughts and emotions affect the way we move through life; and consciously or not, past emotional and relational wounds affect how we approach our present and future. Therapy can heal wounds and nurture joy, love, connection, purpose, and meaning.
I work with Adults, Couples, Teens and Tweens across California. If you've endured traumatic events, relationships, or losses, you might have also experienced anxiousness, numbness, depression, or relationship issues. I foster an atmosphere of authentic warmth and curiosity - to hold things up to the light together with you and explore new approaches.
Developing awareness of choices can be liberating and empowering. Identifying what’s working and what’s not can move you toward your goals. Learning new ways to cope with both the past and the present can help you lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Let's see if we're a good fit, feel free to reach out and schedule a brief phone consultation with me.
