Hi, I'm Sheila, a former teacher and family consultant, today a licensed psychotherapist specializing in alleviating childhood wounds, present day anxiety, relationship patterns, parenting challenges, and nervous system regulation. I am passionate about helping women and families feel more confident, connected, and able to respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies with empowerment, direction, and warmth. While I believe in the importance of talk therapy, my approach goes beyond insight. I incorporate somatics, parts work, the nervous system, and rewiring the brain through EMDR to strengthen preferred ways of thinking and relating to yourself, others, and the world at large.
