I help women navigate challenging transitions in their lives. Whether it be divorce, postpartum depression or the identity confusion of one’s early 20’s,
I am equipped with the creative tools to help clients move forward. Throughout the life cycles, women are uniquely challenged both physically, emotionally, and psychically.
I enjoy helping women understand how and why they are getting stuck or suffering with an awareness of the many variables at play.
I have experience treating both individuals and couples, and have addressed issues including depression, infidelity, narcissistic abuse, and symptoms related to trauma.
Using techniques including traditional psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy/ creative visualization, I provide both a practical and creative approach to clients issues. I’m good at identifying my clients strengths as well as their creative capacities.
My in-person office (or virtual) provides a safe and warm environment, and I approach the work as a collaboration. I believe authentic relationships (including the therapeutic one) in which we embody our creative selves and face our fears helps us access our innate joy.
