Hello, I’m Sheila Campbell, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I believe that everyone is on a journey of recovery from something. I also think that people can change if they truly want to, especially when they are given a safe and non-judgmental space to do so. I utilize CBT, reality, therapy, spirituality, client-centered, and a holistic approach in addressing the needs of clients.
I work with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, relationship issues, confidence and self-esteem concerns, depression, and substance or alcohol abuse/misuse.
