I want to help you create change in yourself with that awareness rather than blame or try to change others. Great hope accompanies learning the freedom of self-control.

Living abroad has given me insight into cross-cultural adjustment; my work with writing and music informs my work with artistic people and the challenges that can accompany their paths.
