I help clients overcome trauma with EMDR and other issues such as anxiety, grief/loss, low self esteem, and addictive behaviors, to name a few.
I am certified in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). Additionally I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I am also certified to conduct treatment in Spanish as a Clinical Social Worker. and have extensive experience working with Prenatal and Postpartum clients.
