Welcome and thank you for being here. I am a 2nd generation, mixed-race licensed social worker, and yoga instructor. I graduated with a MSW from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2013 and have worked with a variety of marginalized populations in clinics, hospitals, schools, homes and group homes. I’ve completed over 500 hours of training in hatha yoga, trauma-informed yoga, yoga philosophy + social justice.
My therapeutic focus is to build a foundational framework to examine your multifaceted and complex life experiences through a trauma-informed lens. My goal is to offer support and resources to recognize and address how emotions effect the mind-body.
Carrying the weight of painful life experiences along with intersecting identities can feel heavy, isolating and overwhelming.
