I use a narrative approach integrated with CBT to help clients rewrite their stories and heal from past trauma. With mindfulness, humor, and lightness, I create space for resilience and growth. My work is grounded in collaboration, creativity, and building the confidence to live the life you want to be living.
I focus on areas of aging & end of life, complex cultural family issues, gender dysphoria & transition & traumatic life events.
