My practice has been built on my unique ability to connect with clients and to quickly understand the necessary steps to take for symptom relief. I take a collaborative approach - meaning I believe people intrinsically know where they need to go, even as they realize the need for guidance on just how to get there. We partner together in order to achieve relief from depression, anxiety, divorce, PTSD, and relational issues with spouse/significant other, children and families. I also deal with spiritual issues in an effort to achieve more peace with self and God.
I am specifically trained in couples' counseling, using Emotionally Focused Therapy - the most effective model for relational issues. I am also skilled using EMDR for use with those struggling with PTSD, trauma recovery, childhood issues and anxiety and depression.
My main office is located in Boise, ID, but I also maintain a practice in the San Diego area. My goal is that you will feel cared for the minute you arrive in my office.
