I work with people from diverse backgrounds s cultures; couples, families, individuals, children and adolescents. I specialize in relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, self-esteem and identity, grief and loss, family conflict, 1st and 2nd generational therapy, and general difficulties that you may experience from major and minor life transitions.
I take an integrative approach where I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which focuses on identifying and challenging negative thinking patterns, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness based interventions. My therapeutic style is person-centered, directive and genuine.
