My ideal client may be struggling to jump from self awareness and paralysis to action and progress. They need help with moving past just acknowledging their trauma to actually understanding their own personal journey through said trauma so that they can find the missing puzzle piece to their healing. I support clients with trauma, anxiety, addiction, and various mental health diagnoses.
My goal as a therapist that counsels from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens is to walk with my clients on their journey to reconcile the parts that heal and the parts that hurt. I like to incorporate art, breath work, and somatic techniques into my sessions in combination with talk therapy.
If you are looking to start your therapeutic journey, I would love to support you! There is no wrong time to start and therapy can help anyone. I invite people of all ages, backgrounds, and circumstances to sit in my chair.
