Hello there. I have a diverse clinical background and am here to help. I have worked for agencies who specialize in in-home therapy with children and their parents. I have worked with children of all ages and am passionate about helping young people and their parents navigate their challenges. Navigate their difficult journeys. I use a practical solutions focused and CBT approach and don't genuinely believe that children need to be in therapy for years at a time. With the right tools and resources in place, children will do amazing things! Additionally, I have experience with complex bi-polar and schizophrenia in adults.
I am trained in CBT, family systems theory, DBT, and overall consider myself a well rounded clinician that takes the time to get to know a clients experience to help them reach a better understanding of themselves and assist people to become the best versions of themselves. I also have training in addiction.
