The people I work with are often carrying more than they let on — a teenager struggling with food and body image, an adult whose trauma is showing up everywhere, a couple stuck in the same painful cycle, a parent who doesn't know how to help. What they share is that something has gotten in the way of the life they want, and they're ready to do something about it. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across eating disorders, trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, adolescent mental health, and family work, with experience across residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient care. As a CCTP, post-traumatic growth is central to my work. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and CPT — tailored to each person. I offer telehealth across Virginia and Walk and Talk therapy in Northern Virginia.
