Hi! My name is Sheena and I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW/ACSW). I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing self-esteem and confidence issues, life transitions, and relationship conflicts. I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I believe each person has the inherent capacity and strength to achieve their goals and live a fulfilled and meaningful life. However, being human can be really hard at times and sometimes we can feel stuck. Therapy can help you feel unstuck in life and reach the goals you have for yourself.
I strive to create a calm, supportive, and safe environment for you in our work together. I have experience using different evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Therapy can help you learn new ways of coping with hardships and challenges. It can help you discover new patterns and behaviors of relating to yourself and the world around you. Overall, therapy can help you feel like your true and authentic self. I would be honored to hear your story and be a part of your journey!

Groups
Grief and Loss Group

Grief is a process that all people will go through as a result of the death of an important person in their lives. While grief is universal, it can often feel extremely isolating– as if you are the only person who is going through the depths of painful loss. Connecting with others who “get it” can provide a healing experience, reminding you that you are not alone.
